IDTI acquired by Renesas
Today, White Brook Concentrated Opportunities portfolio Company, IDT Technologies (IDTI) was acquired by Renesas Electronics.
IDTI has been a core holding since White Brook Concentrated Opportunities Fund was conceived, and I have been involved in the stock more or less continuously since 2011-2012.
While White Brook regards management as an important but not overwhelming factor in its investment criteria, Greg Waters is an All-World team CEO that I hope continues to serve in the public markets.
